Step 2: Check eligibility

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all tags intact (barcode & MRP).

Step 3: We handle the pick-up

We’ll arrange a complimentary pick-up for your item (may take up to 5 business days).

Please re-pack the dress securely in the original transparent packaging.

Step 4: Quality inspection

Each return goes through a standard quality check. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be approved.

Step 5: What happens next

• Store Credit Voucher: Issued within 10–14 business days once the return is approved

• Exchanges: Your requested size will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received
