At Custard Fashion, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase due to size, fit, style, or colour, we’re happy to assist with an exchange or return, subject to the terms below.

Handcrafted Products

All our garments are handcrafted by skilled artisans in India. As a result, slight variations in weave, print, embroidery, texture, colour, or stitching may occur and are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products.

Such variations should not be considered defects. Unlike machine-made products, handcrafted garments may not exhibit complete uniformity.

Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.

Return & Exchange Requests

To ensure a smooth resolution, return or exchange requests should be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and share photographs of the issue with our customer support team.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue. This may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives products that meet the quality standards of Custard Fashion.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags, barcode labels, and MRP tags must be intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original saleable condition.
  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, staining, perfume, washing, or alteration after delivery.

Custard Fashion reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

We offer one free exchange per order.

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.

Any exchange request beyond the first exchange may attract reverse pickup and shipping charges.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned for a refund, provided the return request is raised within 3 days of delivery and the item meets all eligibility conditions mentioned above.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection.

Once the refund has been approved, it will be initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method used while placing the order.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Reverse Pick-Up Process

We offer a convenient reverse pick-up service for eligible returns and exchanges.

  • Reverse pick-up requests are typically scheduled within 3–7 business days after approval.
  • Transit times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the exchange or refund process will begin.

Certain pin codes may not be serviceable for reverse pick-up. In such cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the address shared by our support team.

If a self-shipped package is lost in transit, Custard Fashion cannot be held responsible and no refund or exchange will be applicable.

Shipping Charges

The cost of reverse pickup and re-shipping is borne by Custard Fashion for the first exchange request only.

For subsequent exchange requests, customers may be charged applicable reverse pickup and shipping fees.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If a prepaid order is returned to us due to non-acceptance of delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.

If a refund is applicable, it will be initiated within 7 working days of approval to the original payment method used while placing the order.
